Nice easy walk in the ozark woods. Good mixture of hardwoods and pines. Trail is well maintained and becomes a little rocky towards the end and there is no deck like the picture on web page suggests. Take a stick to knock spiderwebs down as you go. There is an "end of public use area" sign which doesnt allow you to fully walk to the jacks fork river. No facilities are there.
